Ordering
How do I choose the right variant?
Select the version or size on the product page before adding the product to your cart. Cartridges, for example, come in 0.5 gram and 1 gram.
Where is my cart?
Use the cart icon at the top of the page. Check your products, variants and quantities before checkout.
How do I find a product that suits me?
In the shop you can filter by effect, product type, cannabinoid, method of use, strain type and strength. Filters can be combined.
Payment
Which payment methods are available?
You choose your payment method at checkout. There are three options.
Pay with Cryptocurrency
Select Pay with Cryptocurrency at checkout, choose your currency and pay from your crypto wallet. Always use the exact currency and network shown in the payment instructions, and complete your payment within two hours. Read the full explanation.
Crypto Voucher Payment
You pay with an Azteco Bitcoin Lightning Voucher and send us the voucher code by replying to your order confirmation. You do not need any crypto experience. Read the steps before you buy a voucher.
iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal or Klarna via Crypto
With this option you pay through a crypto payment service. The available payment methods and next steps can differ per country and chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on the payment screen. More about payment methods.
I don’t own cryptocurrency. Can I still pay?
Yes. With Crypto Voucher Payment, or with iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal or Klarna via Crypto, you do not need to own cryptocurrency yourself.

Shipping
What does shipping cost?
The Netherlands € 7. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and Sweden € 13. Other European countries € 18.50. Rest of the world € 25.55. Checkout shows the cost for your address. See Shipping.
When is shipping free?
In Europe on orders from € 150, elsewhere from € 250.
How fast is my order shipped?
Your parcel leaves our warehouse within 48 hours of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How do I track my parcel?
We ship with PostNL. After shipping you receive a tracking code by email. You can also use Track your order: enter your email address and order number.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes. Our focus is on Europe, but we ship worldwide.
Products
Where can I see how much THC, CBD or other cannabinoids a product contains?
On the product page, in the content overview. Only recorded values are shown.
What is the difference between a percentage and milligrams?
A percentage describes the composition of the extract. Milligrams tell you how much is in a package or in one piece, for example per gummy or per spray.
What does 0.5 gram or 1 gram mean for a cartridge?
It is the amount of extract in the cartridge. The percentage applies to both sizes.
Which battery fits a cartridge?
Our cartridges have a standard 510 thread and fit a battery with the same connection.
What is the difference between strain name and strain type?
The strain name is the specific strain, for example Durban Poison. The strain type is the classification: Sativa, Indica or Hybrid.
Why doesn’t every product show a strength, onset or duration?
We only fill these in when they have been established for the product. An empty field says nothing about the product itself.
